RB2B pricing and what each plan costs compared with company-level tools

Drone view straight down on a single company headquarters, a four-storey office with a glass atrium roof, its parking lot and the access road

RB2B pricing runs from a free plan at $0 to Pro+ from $199 a month, with four public plans: Free (150 resolutions a month), Starter at $79 (300 resolutions), Pro from $149 and Pro+ from $199, plus per-resolution overage on the paid plans. The real cost depends on how many resolutions your traffic produces and which features you need, because CRM sync and business emails only start on Pro. This page breaks down each plan, shows how to estimate your monthly bill, and compares it with a company-level tool such as VisitorDetector, which starts at $49 a month or $24 billed yearly.

What RB2B counts as a resolution

A resolution is one visitor that RB2B manages to match, either to a person or to a company. Your plan sets how many of those you get each month, and anything above that is billed as overage on Starter, Pro and Pro+.

That matters for budgeting in two ways. First, the count follows your traffic, not your sales list, so a good month for marketing can raise the bill. Second, RB2B states a coverage range per plan (15 to 20 percent on Starter and Pro, 35 to 45 percent on Pro+), so the same traffic produces more resolutions on a higher plan. Higher coverage is useful, and it also means more billable matches.

Most US B2B sites also attract students, job seekers, competitors and existing customers. Every one of those that gets matched uses a resolution, unless you set exclusions, which RB2B includes from Pro.

How much does RB2B cost per month for a typical B2B site

To estimate your RB2B cost, multiply your monthly unique visitors by the stated coverage of the plan, then compare the result with the plan's included resolutions. Here is a worked example with round, hypothetical numbers so you can redo it with your own analytics.

  • A site with 3,000 unique visitors a month on Starter, at 15 to 20 percent coverage, produces roughly 450 to 600 resolutions. Starter includes 300, so 150 to 300 extra at 45 cents adds about $68 to $135, for a total near $147 to $214.
  • The same site on Pro with 600 resolutions included, at the same coverage, stays inside the limit for about $149, and it gets CRM sync and business emails.
  • On Pro+ at 35 to 45 percent coverage, the same 3,000 visitors produce 1,050 to 1,350 resolutions, so you need a larger tier than the entry price.

The pattern is common: Starter looks cheapest, but a growing site often ends up on Pro once overage and the missing CRM sync are counted. Check the current tiers on RB2B's own pricing page before you sign up, since they change.

Which RB2B plan fits which team

  • Free fits a founder who wants to see a few company names in Slack and has no CRM workflow yet.
  • Starter fits a small outbound team that works from LinkedIn profiles in Slack and does not need emails or CRM records.
  • Pro is the realistic plan for most sales teams, because it is the first tier with HubSpot or Salesforce sync, exclusions and business emails.
  • Pro+ fits teams that care most about match coverage and run enough traffic to justify a larger resolution tier.

If your team needs CRM sync, plan your budget around Pro, not Starter.

RB2B pricing vs a company-level tool

RB2B prices person-level identification, which is its main feature. If your sales motion is account based, you may not need names at all, and a company-level tool prices differently. VisitorDetector counts identified companies, and each company counts once per billing period however often it returns.

Costs that do not show on the RB2B pricing page

The plan price is rarely the full cost. Before you budget, add these.

  • Overage. Busy months on Starter, Pro or Pro+ add per-resolution charges on top of the plan.
  • Extra websites. Additional domains are $99 a month for up to five.
  • Legal review. Person-level identification means your privacy notice, opt-out flow and state-law review need more work. Our guide to website visitor tracking privacy law lists what to check.
  • Follow-up tools. Knowing that a company visited is the start. Teams then need to find and verify the decision makers at that account and reach them, which is often a second subscription.
  • Time spent on noise. Without exclusions, reps sort through matches from customers, job seekers and competitors. Scoring by page intent cuts that down, as our guide to scoring website visitors by intent shows.

Questions people ask about RB2B pricing

Is RB2B free?

RB2B has a free plan with 150 resolutions a month. It identifies companies only, sends them to Slack, and includes no person-level data, no business emails and no CRM integrations. Person-level identification starts on Starter at $79 a month, and CRM sync starts on Pro from $149 a month.

How much does RB2B cost per month?

RB2B costs $0 to $199 a month at the entry price of each plan: Free at $0, Starter at $79, Pro from $149 and Pro+ from $199. Larger resolution tiers and overage at 25 to 45 cents per extra resolution raise the bill, and extra domains add $99 a month.

Does RB2B have a free trial?

Yes. RB2B's pricing page offers a 7-day trial of the full product and says no credit card is needed. Use the trial week to measure how many resolutions your real traffic produces, because that number decides which plan you end up paying for.

Is RB2B worth it for a small business?

RB2B is worth it for a small business that sells through outbound and wants named US visitors. If you sell to accounts and want CRM sync, compare the Pro price with a company-level tool, since CRM features start higher on RB2B. Try our demo on your own site to see a company-level report first.

What is the cheapest alternative to RB2B?

RB2B's own free plan is the cheapest option in the category, but it is company level only. Among paid company-level tools, VisitorDetector Starter costs $24 a month billed yearly for 100 identified companies. Compare the trade-offs on our website visitor identification software page.
